Also, Intelligence Community Inspector General Thomas Monheim apparently played a game of semantics in a recent letter to Congress with regard to UFO whistleblower allegations. Finally, Scottish hacker Gary McKinnon - who claims to have seen with his own eyes evidence of a vast UFO coverup within the U.S. government - says he believes disclosure will never happen.
