Lando Norris has admitted he has quote “paid the price” for not being aggressive enough at times during the 2024 season. Meanwhile Greg Maffei, Liberty Media’s CEO, is stepping down at the end of 2024.

Formula 1’s race director Niels Wittich has left the sport with immediate effect, the FIA and Wittich himself announced on Tuesday. While the official statement suggested Wittich quit the job, reports have now found the German has actually been sacked by the FIA.

Max Verstappen has won the Sao Paulo Grand Prix from 17th place on the grid. It is the Dutchman’s first win in over four months, while Alpine stunningly had BOTH drivers on the podium, as Esteban Ocon was second and Pierre Gasly third. Pole sitter Lando Norris only finished sixth, all but ending his championship hopes.
