Are you walking worthy of the Lord- How would you know- We find a checklist in Colossians 1, as well as a primary means for growing in godliness.

It is amazing that God uses our prayers to further His kingdom- So, how can we pray to best further His purposes on earth- Well, that great plan through prayer is unveiled in Colossians 1-9-10

There is a hope that we all may have. It is a hope that lies in an unchanging truth. The hope of circumstances changes. The hope of the resurrection of Christ never changes.

Palm Sunday - Christ the King or Christ the Crucified---Are you in Palm Sunday's crowd, or Thursday's crucifixion crowd- Palm Sunday symbolizes the critical nature of Jesus' message. Will you accept Him as the King that He is, or just a Person whose authority can help meet your own need-- -The Palm Sunday crowd wanted a Jesus of their own making. And when He did not live up to that- when He challenged their image of what He should be, they were ready to take His life.- -Be sure to come Sunday as we examine the events of Palm Sunday, and the nature of the week's turn from cries of praise to cries of murder.

Christ's return is an anchor for our hope in this life.

Where God's Word is received, a heavenly hope sets in and a vibrant change of life results. This happens in NYC and everywhere the Word goes.

God motivates His children to love and to faith by the hope we have of an eternal city. This motivation is clearly given in our text from Colossians 1.

You need grace - peace. Actually, everyone that has ever lived has needed grace - peace every day of their lives. Where do we find grace and peace---In this sermon, we examine the grace and peace that God gives from Colossians 1-1-2.
