In this sermon, we meditate on the Glory of God giving life as we walk through His wonderful works in Psalm 139. This is a glorious Psalm highlighting God's glory- He knows. He is with you. He creates. These are just three of the truths that we will examine as we consider God's glory.

As Hebrews ends our survey of the those who have gone ahead in faith, the Lord encourages us on by seeing the process of faith as a race to be run -see text below-. To run successfully, we need to keep our eyes on the Lord and our feet out of danger.

An Essential Ingredient to Extraordinary Faith----There is an essential ingredient to extraordinary faith and it is the common element of the faith chapter that allowed the great heroes of the faith to do such great works. This is what we will examine in this message as we look through Hebrews 11-13-16.----We are pressured from every direction throughout the week to live a life without God and His principles for life. The world wants us to live life only by what we can see. This secular push can be overcome and your faith can be strengthened by faithful time with Lord throughout the week and faithful time with His family at church. If you are not taking serious steps toward making these an important part of your life and weekly schedule, you will not grow, you will shrink in faith.

As with everything, in order to grow in a discipline, we must have a good example to follow. Hebrews 11 is a catalog of this example.We must grow in our exercise of the faith that God has given us.
