We continue looking at the books of 1 and 2 Kings.

Understanding the Holy Ghost is an essential part of the creed and our lives. So, we're going to briefly answer three questions this evening. First, what is the Holy Ghost- Second, what role does the Holy Ghost perform in salvation- Third, what role does the Holy Ghost perform in our lives-

When Paul says that men should lead the church in prayer, what does he mean by that- In this verse, we see that men -and the right kind of men- are to lead specifically in this area. We'll also see that these men are to model prayer for the church. There's quite a bit to this, and it will take us a few weeks to get it all down.

We begin looking at 1 - 2 Kings.

What happens when a group of demons are unleashed upon the earth- The fifth trumpet is also called the first woe, and we're going to see why this evening. The result is a blitzkrieg of sorts from the forces of darkness, likened unto an invasion of locusts. We're going to read about the parole, power, and personality of this hellish infestation.

With all the religions of the different peoples of the world, can we be sure that there is only one way to salvation- Shouldn't we just focus on doing good works- What we see in Scripture is that there's only one kind of salvation for all peoples, so we should pray for it. We see this in God's desire to save. We also see this in the creed and a commission in these verses. Let's consider all of this together.--Note- Low quality video.
