What changes when we truly understand what Jesus has done for us?

So often, it's easy to believe that what we need is just a little more: more security, more success, more resources, or more of what this world has to offer. But the greatest need in every season of life isn't something we can earn or accumulate. It's the presence of Jesus. This week's message reminds us that true fulfillment is found in knowing Him more deeply and inviting Him into our everyday lives. Why do we keep struggling with sin even after following Jesus?

In Genesis 3:1–13, we see the moment sin entered the world and the pattern that still influences humanity today. While salvation changes our identity, followers of Jesus still face the daily challenge of resisting the flesh and responding to the conviction of the Holy Spirit.

This message explores how repentance, confession, and dependence on Jesus help us walk in freedom and avoid the same path that introduced sin in the first place.

In the first message of our new series, How Did We Get Here?, we go back to the beginning to discover God's original design for humanity. Before there was brokenness, confusion, and conflict, there was purpose, identity, and relationship with God.

Together, we'll explore why God created us with the freedom to choose, His desire to protect our innocence, and why understanding His original intent helps us find our way when life gets off track.
