Main Idea: God calls us to bless others through the blessings we receive
I. God Loves the Cheerful Giver (2 Cor 9:6-10)
- One who sows Bountifully will reap Bountifully; the Law of Sowing and
Reaping
- Cheerful giving is bountiful, purposeful and hopeful
- He gives us sufficiency in everything so we will have abundance for
blessing
II. Double the Blessing! (Luke 6:37-38)
Mark Batterson-“Blessing is God’s default setting—His first and foremost
reflex.”
- God wants to bless you beyond your ability to ask or imagine.
- Flipping the blessing is how we receive the double blessing-vs 37
- The blessing of God is so powerful it turns death into life!
- The blessing of God is a decision to make, a habit to form and a mindset
to establish.

- Generosity is proof of our confession of the Gospel of Jesus; new
creation!
