恵みが俺らを鍛える

(テトス 2:11-12 ALIVE訳)我々は以上のように生きるべし！すべての人を救う神の恵みが来たのだから！神の恵みに鍛えられ、自己中心的な生き方とおさらばできた。欲のままに生きる生活から足を洗い、日々、神を敬う正しく賢明な生活を送れるようになったのだ。

恵みが来た

(テトス 3:3-5 ALIVE訳)私たちも一度は愚かに神に反してきた。誰でも昔はさまざまな快楽や欲望の奴隷として生きていた。嫉妬心から冷たくしたり、憎んだり、憎まれたりと神に反してアホなことをしたもんだ。しかし、救い主である神は、私たちに対する愛と情けの深さを示しに来てくれた。神は、私たちの罪のよごれを洗い落とし、以前の悪循環から救い出してくれた。そのおかげで神の霊が生まれ変わったような無上の喜びで新たな人生を満たしてくれた。私たちに救われる資格があったからではなく、ただ、神の情けがあって実現した。

(エペソ 2:7-9 ALIVE訳)神が救世主・イエスを通してしてくれたすべてのことからも、神の恵みの素晴らしさが分かる。 神のやさしさで私たちは今、その恵みがどんなに豊かであるかを世々限りなく示す見本としてもらえたのだ。あなたがたは、イエスを心底信じ、与えられた神の恵みのおかげで救われたのだ。そう、自分で自分を救ったのではなく、神の贈り物を受けとってだ。救いは、私たちの良い行ないに対する報酬ではない。だから、だれ１人、それを手柄として誇ることはできない。

恵みで鍛えられると…..

(イザヤ 40:31 ERVからの直訳)神様を信頼する者はまた強くなる。新しい羽が生えた鷲のようだ。走っても弱くならず、歩いても疲れない。(ローマ 10:11 ALIVE訳)聖書では私たちに、 誰でもイエスを信じる者は、決して失望させられることがない——【聖書：イザヤ書28:16より引用】と教えている。

(ヨハネ14:6 リビング訳)イエスはトマスに言われました。「いいですか。わたしが道です。そして真理でもあり、いのちでもあります。わたしを通らなければ、だれ一人、父のところへは行けません。

(ヨハネ 8:32 ALIVE訳)あなたがたは真理を悟り、その真理があなたを自由にする！！！

(マタイ 11:28-30 ALIVE訳)イエスは続けた――「世の中の重荷を背負わされて疲れたなら俺のもとに来いッ！ その重荷、俺が降ろしてやろう！！！俺の荷を背負うなら心安らぐ。俺は優しく包み込むが、何かを押しつけるようなまねはしないからだ。そう、俺が背負わせる荷は軽く、心にゆとりを与える」

(1ヨハネ 5:18 ALIVE訳)神の子とされている人は、過ちを犯す習慣がなくなる。一人子が守ってくれるから悪魔は触れることもできないのだ！

(2コリント 12:9 ALIVE訳)そのつど返ってくる答えは、こうだった。“わたしがあなたと共にいる。それで十分ではないか。わたしの力は弱い人にこそ、最もよく現われるのだから” だから自分の弱さを喜んで誇っている！力や才能を見せびらかすのではなく、喜んで救世主の力の生き証人になりたいからだ。

(エペソ 2:10 ALIVE訳)私たちをこのように造り、イエス・救世主によって新しくしてくれたのは、神だ。この新しい生活は、神がずっと以前から計画してくれたものであり、私たちが良い働きを行うためのものなのだ。

Grace Trains Us

(Titus 2:11-12 ESV) For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, (12) training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age,

Grace Came

(Titus 3:3-5 ERV) In the past we were foolish too. We did not obey, we were wrong, and we were slaves to the many things our bodies wanted and enjoyed. We lived doing evil and being jealous. People hated us and we hated each other. (4) But then the kindness and love of God our Savior was made known. (5) He saved us because of his mercy, not because of any good things we did. He saved us through the washing that made us new people. He saved us by making us new through the Holy Spirit.

(Ephesians 2:7-9 ERV) God did this so that his kindness to us who belong to Christ Jesus would clearly show for all time to come the amazing richness of his grace. (8) I mean that you have been saved by grace because you believed. You did not save yourselves; it was a gift from God. (9) You are not saved by the things you have done, so there is nothing to boast about.

When Grace Trains Us…

(Isaiah 40:31 ERV) But those who trust in the Lord will become strong again. They will be like eagles that grow new feathers. They will run and not get weak. They will walk and not get tired.

(Romans 10:11 ERV) Yes, the Scriptures say, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be disappointed.”

(John 14:6 NLT) Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.

(John 8:32 ERV) You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.

(Matthew 11:28-30 ERV) “Come to me all of you who are tired from the heavy burden you have been forced to carry. I will give you rest. (29) Accept my teaching. Learn from me. I am gentle and humble in spirit. And you will be able to get some rest. (30) Yes, the teaching that I ask you to accept is easy. The load I give you to carry is light.”

(1 John 5:18 ERV) We know that those who have been made God’s children do not continue to sin. The Son of God keeps them safe. The Evil One cannot hurt them.

(2 Corinthians 12:9 ERV) But the Lord said, “My grace is all you need. Only when you are weak can everything be done completely by my power.” So I will gladly boast about my weaknesses. Then
