Carolyn Maue is an expert in dealing with “people” issues in the workplace, consistently yielding positive change and growth for the organizations she serves. Carolyn’s real-world corporate experience as a leader and entrepreneur informs her approaches that help clients quickly identify strategies and solutions. In addition to being a leadership resource to the SEI since 2014, The Maue Center has provided coaching and consulting to organizations and companies including Carnegie Mellon University, UPMC Hospitals and Business Units, Point Park University, Giant Eagle, Inc., and the University of Central Florida. Carolyn’s presentations have included Coaching for Success, The Business Case for Diversity, and Managing Through Organizational Change and her interests in international travel, music, fitness and photography shape the creative approaches she brings to her clients. Carolyn was awarded a BS, Music Education from West Chester University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.
