Why am I not seeing results from all the things I'm learning?
It might be because it's not practiced enough to be in your muscle memory yet, therefore, it's not automatic when you are in a moment of stress.
Today, we are going to talk about one method we can use to change that...visualization.

Deconstruction was a hot topic during the pandemic. But what is it all about? And is it really relevant or important to my life?
In this episode, I discuss how I felt before and after the process of deconstruction and I go through the main books that helped me through the process...
As always, please continue the conversation with me over on the Instagram page. I want to know what YOUR experiences are.

Even after all the life improvement work I've done, I don't escape bad days. They happen to us all sometimes. But the difference now is, they don't defeat me anymore. I had a bad day recently and realized it was a great opportunity to document and then walk you all through what I did. It's so much more effective to explain something as you experience it.
There will be an Instagram post in a few days on this episode because I want to hear how you get out of bad day spirals.

Everyone says to never talk about politics or religion, but what if we could do it effectively? What if we could take the stress out of these conversations and even build deeper relationships talking about these subjects? How do we change people's minds when they are clearly in the wrong?

Depression: its impact, characteristics, possible causes, and solutions.
I’m so sorry this episode is posting later in the week than usual. The particular topic was very demanding and I went into a lot of detail. It’s longer than usual, so hopefully that makes up for the wait. Back to the regular time and length next week. Thank you for listening!

Imagine this...you wake up one morning and the heavy blanket of depression and the frantic feeling of anxiety don't attack you the way they used to. It's been a gradual improvement you barely noticed over months, but as you take a deep breath and stretch your arms over your head, you realize all your efforts have actually added up, big time, to a sensation of freeness. You go about your day and instead of feeling isolated or alone, you have several coffee dates booked throughout the week with friends who support and motivate your spirit. Any issue, mistake, or set-back used to send you into a shame paralysis, but now, you handle them all painlessly and even turn negatives into big wins! Social settings used to make you feel awkward, but now you enter rooms with confidence and ease. As the day goes on, you find things in your life that need improvement. But instead of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, shame, or defeat, you know this isn't the end of the story. You don't go to sleep early to escape, like in days before. And you don't go to bars to drink away what you are feeling. You let yourself experience the feelings. And then you use your tools to process them, let them go, or transform them.
If this sounds like a dream day, it was for me too. Imagining this years ago would have made me cry. Now, it's my normal day.
I'm not going to sugar-coat it; achieing this better day/life required work, persistence, and change. But if you are searching for the "how" and the "what" to get started on unburdening your life...I want to share what worked for me.
Let's talk about it <3
