Chris Guerriero chimes in as we come into our next hour.  He is the Business Advisor, Speaker and Founder of Club 28.  Chris believes having a healthy regiment is essential to getting your day going and to be productive.  With all the distractions around us, we need to just turn it off.  From a personal trainer to a trainer of entire teams, Chris has helped many overcome their obstacles and shares how he constantly checks in on his team to see how they are doing.  Chris closes the show with Alan as he shares how comfortable methods bring uncomfortable result and uncomfortable methods bring comfortable results.
