Possum Terry is back and we dive in on how according to DJ DJ Lewis - they are tryin to brainwash us! Who? Well, the computers of course! And in the middle of all that our internet started to cut out. Coincidence? I think not.
We are truly blessed to live in a time where we can document our lives with the devices in our hands. And we are also cursed, too, of course. Doctor DJ DJ Lewis argues that we owe it to ourselves to put it all out there - everything we feel, see, do - even our bu**holes. Post it all. We get into the cloud in general - will they be able to upload our emotions soon? Would you be happier if there was a button to turn off all your emotions? All your unmet desires and pains would go away, but so would your joy.
DJ says turn his off. But does he mean it?
Today is Drew's birthday and the fascists at Dollar General have conspired to make DJ's schedule out of whack. Couple that with the hangover Drew had at our normal recording time and look we ain't gonna sugar coat it - we are two eps into season 2 and we phoned it in. BUUUT - a convo between Drew, Trae Crowder, and our good buddy Tushar Singh about death, faith, war and culture absolutely fits right into the Into the Abiscuit oeuvre - it's almost as if this was all fate. You're gonna love this one and you're gonna love yourself today too.
It's an exciting day for Into the Biscuit. We have found the lost pace episodes! Join us as we uncover the secrets of the Rezzelites, explore the outer reaches of space time and consciousness, or hell - just listen to us fight about whose to blame for all this.
It's a good one today y'all. T-shirts will be available soon.
Today is the epilogue of season 3 and we are joined by the amazing Carmen Morales. Carmen tells us about what it was like to be semi-raised by a bipolar father and how she dealt with his illness as a child and now.
She also relives the time she literally fought him. And won. That's a real deal bad biscuit b**ch.
We wrap up the exciting season of the Saga of Possum Charles! Plus, Dollar Store Drew Morgan and DJ DJ Lewis discuss what would be on their personal hate buffet, why we all have to try to be positive even though it feels ridiculous, and for some unknown reason we dive in on a certain internet personality's reaction to WAP.
DJ recounts the nuptials of his dear brother, and event that was beautiful, loving, and red as hell. From babies carrying babies, to bunk beds, to a literal missing persons situation, it was a good dang day.
We also have an academic discussion about step dads.
It is great to have DJ back, and on a full day off. Dive on in.
DJ DJ Lewis is back and he's talkin mad cr*p about the customers of the local Dollar General. The Abiscuit welcomes our favorite creek pirate with open arms, and he regals us with tales of lies, betrayals, backstabs, and deals on a Garth Brooks collection we are all missing from our lives. It is a fun one folks.
Dollar Store Drew Morgan is joined this week by the one and only Slobberhose. We chat about politics, hope, mutual aid, and direct action. Is there any good reason to be positive right now? Well, we think there is, but it ain't all roses. Speaking of Rosies, the drunk nurse is back.
