In the 10th episode of the Greater Than Us podcast I bring Rocco and Ryan on to the show. They are the first guests to be on the podcast and we discuss our personal experiences with the 75 HARD program. This episode runs longer than usual and covers a broad area of topics, starting out with how the program was for us, and then just diving into life in general. In this episode of the Greater Than Us podcast I discuss the giant that is social media. I dive into the history of social networking, what it was intended to be used for when it was first created, how quickly it has transformed our world, and how over the years it has changed from its intention. I speak from my experience of using social media, and then taking a 75 day hiatus away from the platforms to give insight on my new views of these powerful online organisms.

In the third edition of season two, I continue the theme of sharing my personal story after knee surgery. Finally, after being cooped up for months, walking with crutches, and going to therapy three times a week, I get the opportunity to travel to somewhere I have never been! This is the first time post surgery where I am on my feet for long periods of time! My patience and persistence payed off, and yours will too.
