Bob hits Cedar Point and the Field Museum's Pokémon Fossil exhibit while nursing a bone bruise. We do actually talk some about ultrarunning: Cocodona, controversial finishes, running funks, volunteering and finding running joy again. No swimming, no depressing shit.
