Tendrils of Grief

Grief and Feeling Disassociation from Life

Listen Later

In this episode, we welcome Jocelyn, a true cultivator of curiosity in the human experience. As a Soul Art Guide, Akashic Records Guide, Yoga Nidra Guide, and Human Design Mentor, Jocelyn has spent over 25 years helping people uncover their most authentic selves and find purpose in life. Her work as an Expressive Arts Therapist and EFT Master Practitioner has touched countless lives, guiding people through their own transformations.

But two and a half years ago, Jocelyn's world was shattered. Losing both of her parents just seven days apart plunged her into a grief she never imagined. Since then, she's been on a deeply personal journey, navigating through the overwhelming sorrow and finding unexpected light along the way. Grief, as painful as it is, has expanded her view of life, deepened her creativity, and reshaped her understanding of her life's story.

In this conversation, Jocelyn opens her heart and shares how this profound loss has not only transformed her, but also brought clarity and purpose to her life in ways she couldn't have foreseen. Together, we explore how grief—while devastating—can also be a source of growth, creativity, and meaning.

Join us for this powerful episode as we honor the raw truth of grief and the incredible resilience of the human spirit.
