    Three new movies! And one of dislikes all three of them. Get excited! First, it's the Apple TV Damon-Affleck (the other Affleck) Boston thriller-comedy "The Instigators." Then, at last, the Cate Blanchett-Kevin Hart sci-fi video game adaptation you had been waiting for in "Borderlands." And then it's the artsy horror film "Cuckoo."
