Nietzsche wrote, "The irrationality of a thing is not an argument against its existence, rather, a condition of it." This week, we talked about the Laser Man, a man who, from August 1991 to January 1992, shot eleven people in the Stockholm and Uppsala area, killing one and seriously injuring the others. And I know I probably didn’t pronounce them correctly so I’m going to list them here: David Gebremariam, Shahram Khosravi, Dimitrios Karamalegos, Heberson Vieira Da Costa, Jimmy Ranjbar, Erik Bongcam-Rudloff, Charles Dhlakama, Isa Aybar, Hasan Zatara, and lastly, Blanka Zmigrod. While he is very similar to a couple of other killers, his MO of killing immigrants is interesting because due to the poor quality of his weapons and amateur modifications, the bullet's trajectory was usually wrong, causing him to miss his victims or mostly shoot them in non-fatal areas.
