This week, we share the groovy part of the Groovy Geminis - how we met over our love of music. Then we dive into Human Design, which we briefly touched on in episode one. We cover the basics like energy types and profiles - which truly give you permission to be you, and help create the roadmap for you to live in alignment. We recorded this episode during the Solar Eclipse so we discuss what this eclipse energy, as well as Mercury in Retrograde, are bringing forth for the collective (hint: it’s not all scary…we promise!) We round this out with a fun assessment Jena utilizes with her coaching clients to help people view their well-being in a different way. We share how you can do this exercise at home in order to identify and utilize your strengths, even in areas of your life that might need a little boost.
