A grounding meditation inspired by Tu B’Shvat, the birthday of the trees, and the teachings of Shaar HaBitachon: “A person who has bitachon is at rest, feels secure, and is at peace in this world.”(Yirmiyahu 17:8) “For he shall be like a tree planted by the water, and by a rivulet spreads its roots.”
