In Jonah 4, Jonah finally obeys God's calling, but he's not happy about it. Even while Jonah is bitter about God saving Nineveh and hopes for them to be destroyed, God shows Jonah mercy, but uses it to confront Jonah's bitter heart. Through Jonah, God calls us to forgive, even those that have harmed us the most.
