Melissa is a mindfulness and yoga teacher, a writer, a dancer, an environmentalist, and an animal lover. She supports people in their discovery of their own wholeness and self-love. She leads retreats over the world, has meditation guides, and multiple online courses helping people find their worthiness and freedom.
We talk about the love that exists inside us, suicide, meditation, self awareness, growing into us, feeling fragmented, anger towards our parents, healing parental relations, feeling our feelings and not exploding, journaling, therapy, holding space, triggers, compassion, and growing through and from painful experiences.
