Ther’s a lot wrong with us and we need to fix it. This week I dive deep into some things I personally thing a wrong with the female mindset and need adjusting.

This week my episode is a tribute to a fellow new creator who sadly lost his life about a week ago.

Waza Selemani also know as BigW, was someone I met in early 2019 at the radio station I worked at. He had and extremely captivating voice and smoothness that was undeniable. Biggie, as I later came to call him, was a kind hearted soul. He was quiet yet passionate in his debates and had a great sense of humour. I’m extremely saddened by his passing because I was certain that we’d create more content together, but time had other plans.

I know that you as my listener have no investment in his as you don’t know him at all. But, I do hope that you appreciate this chat as much as I do. This chat helped me remember why it is important to be present in everything you do just in case it is the last time that you do it.

Life is constantly changing and for some this can be a major inconvenience. Most of us are accustomed to being in the same place and conditions because we fear the unknown, however, no matter how hard we may try to avoid it, change is inevitable, it is one of the main things that life consists of. I myself am quite familiar with this occurrence and  thought it best to share what I’ve learned from change and how this has helped me become more adaptable.

It’s been a rough 2 years. Covid did quite a number on us and somehow, some of us are lucky to still b here. With all the negativity in the world right now, a negative view of ourselves is somewhat inevitable. A lot of us have lost faith in our governments and humanity but worse of we’ve also lost a lot of faith I ourselves.

This week I wanna remind you that you are not alone in feeling lost and inadequate. I feel this way too, more often than you might think, but friend, we have to pick ourselves up. So I’m here to give to give you a few ideas on how we an both rebuild our self-esteem together.
