In 2020 we saw the fitness industry go through some of the biggest challenges it ever has done alongside all other businesses and services.

Lynton is the owner of The Warehouse Gym and in this episode he speaks about how the fitness community had to rally together to tackle the existential threat of the coronavirus and provide physical and mental health solutions for his members young and old when they needed it most.

Lynton has also done some amazing work supporting mental health and in a future episode we discuss an exciting project that will really embody the statement of a "supporting peoples health" and how he has taken this whole aspect to heart meaning the mental and the physical health.
