Summertime is here!  Time for some hot girl summer fun!  But unfortunately, while fun in the sun is an aspect of the season, there are also many women's issues that arise during this time of the year, like swimsuits, chub rub, shaving, etc.  Today T and Gen discuss these issues and how they deal with them.

When making friends, we sometimes find that there are better matches than others. Friendships can have expiration dates and sometimes they are not a good idea from the beginning. Today, Gen and I will share stories about some of the flakey and toxic friend experiences we have had in the past.

Both T and Gen have a fascination with personality tests.  They love the insight gained about who they are, how they think, and what is most important to them.  Today they go over their results from some of these tests, such as the Enneagram, the Big 5, and the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator.

As children we believe everything should be fair, but as we grow older we realize that just isn’t the case. There are many aspects in life that we can’t control and it can lead to a sense of anxiety and helplessness. But how can we cope with this and what do Gen and T do when faced with these situations?

Perhaps there is nothing more complicated than a person’s relationship with food.  Eating may seem simple on the surface, but food carries so much weight in our personal lives, pun intended.  How do we, as 20-somethings who have both struggled with body image, deal with all of the social issues around food?  Well today, we are going to talk about our experiences.

Life can be stressful and learning to cope is necessary for survival. Something Gen and T both have in common is turning to life simulation games such as Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley. Since they are such a massive part of their stress management and friendship, they want to share their journey with you!
