My driving instructor gave me something important to think about when we parted ways once I'd passed my driving test. He told me that as a newly qualified driver, I had the right to drive independently, but it didn't automatically make me the best driver on the road. Perhaps it sounds a bit harsh, but actually it's solid advice.
