Hey Idiots!

My guest this week is one of my favorite people in the world, Lance Allen! He's so insanely hilarious and a genuine good friend (which is not always an easy thing to find in Los Angeles).

This conversation actually last TWO hours and so I'm breaking it into to episodes, the second of which will focus all on Lance's mental health journey and drop later this year. (You can hear the full thing right now with no intro or ads on Patreon)

We managed to have a ton of laughs in this episode despite the fact that the root of the conversation was on what it's like growing up as a black man in Chicago when your father is in the police department. It's a REALLY great chat and, in my opinion, a really important perspective to share.
