What is PTSD? Why should I know about it? If I have it how do I recognize it and feel better?

A place I can feel what they feel. Digest amazing flavors of possible freedom. My bus ride to freedom les me to my destiny and everything that could possibly make me happy.

Time to relax your mind, your body and your soul. Time to forget about your troubles, your bills, your  to-do list for a bit while you listen to my meditation session. Breathing exercises and stretching can truly relax you.

Its ok to cry. Men think it's not ok to cry because for some reason it makes them weak. Well, Jesus cried so what does that make Jesus?

Feelin' relaxed and mellow. Day dreamin' and thinking about true love  can make your mind, your body, and your soul relax. Tonight is for the mature mind who can handle grownup talk. It was the best time to record after watching  ............... Cuddle up with your sweetheart and listen to my smoooooth poetry. Ya know ya wanna.

Why do people always ask you for favors, ask you to volunteer, working while everyone else gets paid. Why did God choose you to be a mentor, a leader, someone who knows how to get the job done?

Why is our prices going up for simple things like water, grocery prices, heat ect.? I have come up with tips to save energy, money, and time living on a tight budget.

Living in BLACK skin regardless if you're light-skinned , dark- skinned, or even a portion of black in you. You have to learn how to survive. You have to deal with being accused and arrested for reasons that are sometimes unexplained. Being Black in America or Canada you have to deal with the same crap justification on different levels.

I wrote this poem watching an episode of "A Different World" because I could not stand to see it all over again. I have many male friends who tell me about their stories and I can't do a thing about it . Control of what occurs over this situation has to start somewhere.

Are you really (okay good,fine)? Walking into church one Sunday morning. Nothing but hugs and smiles. As you walk into the sanctuary and sit in the 7th row. Church service begins and you feel the worst feeling you have ever felt. Sitting there smiling when really crying inside. Does that sound familiar to you or do you know someone who is having a hard time and avoids church because they are going through a situation that makes you feel as if there is no way out. God is the way out.
