On today's episode of Gruler Nation we are joined by Kimberly Verbeke. Kimberly are her husband are the owners of De Novo Cryo & Wellness Spa located in Scottsdale, Arizona. They opened their first wellness spa three and a half years ago located in Texas, before expanding to Arizona. Both of their wellness spas focus on anti- aging, healthy hormone function, and sports recovery.  

Kimberly is a former endurance athlete that ended up getting very sick and experienced severe hormone dysfunction. This lead Kimberly to use cold  therapy among other alternative therapies for a different type of recovery. She is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrated Nutrition and is currently pursuing a degree to become a Naturopathic Physician. 

Kimberly became super passionate about teaching people that they can give their body the tools it needs to heal itself because she went through feeling like she was invincible to feeling like she could hardly function. Kimberly saw doctor after doctor with no answers and learned that she had to be her own doctor to find relief. Kimberly believes that anyone, at any age can feel amazing with little work.
