This week the 3 grunts sit down after Christmas for a good time.

On Grunts Gear and Gadgets we discuss how awesome Oakley sunglasses are and what a great company they are towards supporting the militart and first responders. 

Appalachia Ales and Tales was a little different, we highlighted a veteran owned energy drink company called Camo Energy.  If you haven't tried one yet check them out, way healthier than most of the ones you find in the stores.

This weeks wellness check was a long one but very good.  We had our first letter from a veteran that is in need and we were given permission to read it on the program and we also delved into some military leadership principles that we all have taken to the civilian world in our respective jobs.

This week is epic!  Our first woman guest and her story is amazing.  Born in India and adopted to the mountains of Appalachia she has a passion for the people and culture she grew up in and we love it.  

We don't want to give away the story that you need to hear so sit back, grab a beer and listen to a success story for the ages.  We look forward to working with Neera in the near future on some collaborations on video doing something outside our wheelhouse, gaming!  That's all we'll say at this point so we don't give away anything that is important from this episode.

There comes a time where the American people need to know what its like to live the life of their fighting men.  Even though most never experience combat or the stress of being in the infantry they can still understand where grunts are coming from.

If you're looking for a raw, unfiltered conversation between three infantry men that are just chilling then this will be for you.  if not, we ask that you don't judge as we are just being the raw unfiltered version of ourselves that you might not understand but you have to love for what we stand for.
