Shadow (hindi: parchayi) is that which is behind us, tucked away, yet always connected to us. We explore the shadow psychologically, emotionally, and talk about what traits or histories have we put there, and why? Shadow is that which is not known to us, but makes itself seen in unconscious behaviors or at times, feeling really activate/charged up/triggered. We also talk about what shadow can mean for those who are caregivers, have a helping nature or are in the helping professions/academia/activism. Lastly, we speak of simple practices to know and integrate one's shadow elements.
