This is an imaginal process style of meditation where we journey together to a mountain glade and connect with a wise being/wise aspects of the Self. There are elements of Psychosynthesis psychology woven into this meditation.
You don't need to "visualize" to get the benefits of this kind of meditation. Listening to the words and being present to your experience is more than enough, no need to try too hard with this, simply be present to what is and allow yourself to receive the experience.
