Your advice is usually steeped in your own prejudices and experiences and therefore help no-one except you.

The younger end of the population has to fight hard against the baby boomers of the 1940's & 50's who will happily tell you how hard they had it. Yes they didn't have all the technology we have - but what purpose does that really serve ? They had housing, jobs and maybe some sense of purpose. The current generation really have to start again. Bring on the revolution.

I just don't get how the world gets led by the nose into its next technological "advance". Some weird tech billionaire with even weirder views ( usually seeming to have quite a lot to do with self - interest ) comes up with a new startup and we all want - something to do with lemmings going on here...

I'm on a roll here - the employers now have this mantra of keeping a record of everything thats said - in a trail of emails or documents - except when they happen to misplace them.....

I'm not trying to be a moral crusader here - but continuing on from yesterdays theme - corruption in the UK exists in similar ways to other countries. It's just done in a very polite way.

The relationship between landlords, the deposit protection scheme and managing agents is an unhealthy combination of scratching each others backs, collusion and  vested interests. in the UK we play this game of saying how fair our systems are when they clearly aren't fair or even remotely transparent.

I do hope it changes before too long ..
