Darnell Artis was recently named the new head coach at Division III Gwynedd Mercy University in Montgomery County. This is a homecoming Artis, who was a star player for the Griffins and also spent time as an assistant coach for the program. Artis, who went to La Salle College High School, has spent the last several years as a member of the legendary Harlem Globetrotters.
