If you work in the real estate industry, I'm sure you've been watching all of the leaps and bounds of AI over the last few years. Trying to understand and even navigate the impacts this new technology will have on our industry today and over the next few years.
I myself have been keeping an eye on its development from afar, until I saw someone I follow on X and Instagram sharing what they were accomplishing in their real estate business with their own OpenClaw. An AI assistant.
Meet Daniel Foch.
Co-Owner of Valery Real Estate, a technology driven real estate brokerage in Toronto, Daniel has been in the real estate industry since his childhood, with his parents being in the real estate industry. Growing up with a fascination into technology via the early days of myspace, Facebook, and Twitter, Daniel has been all in on understanding the impact AI will have on our industry.
Meet Openclaw.
AI assistant/administrator that Daniel has programmed to do a lot of the things we as Realtors don't like doing in our day to day basis. Client follow ups, scanning the rental markets across Canada to figure out cap rate fluctuations, CMA analysis for potential new clients, scheduling showing.. Essentially, if it has a screen attached to it, your openclaw can be programmed to do it. And the possibilities are endless.
Enjoy the show as we breakdown AI's impact on the real estate industry.
