Tony Macvean led national law firm Hall & Wilcox for 17 years. Here, and having recently handed over the leadership mantle, he reflects on his professional journey, observations about the market and Hall & Wilcox’s place in it, and why he is so optimistic about lawyers’ contribution to the community.
