Emily and Sophia sit down with Ethan and Alex from "I Watched That" to discuss Lindsay Lohan's recent Netflix Holiday flick, "Falling For Christmas". In true Hallmark Remarks fashion, we learn all about the guys' favorite Christmas traditions, movies, and exactly how they imagine their perfect "meet cute" moments. Ghosts of Christmas Present is a really fun twist on the Charles Dickens story A Christmas Carol.  3 Ghosts "Scrooge" people and help them find their Christmas spirit.  Some complications arise on their latest subject, and cause everyone to scramble.  The movie as a whole had twists and turns that both Emily and Sophia struggled to correctly predict!  

Catering Christmas is a CLASSIC Christmas movie brought to us by Great American Family.  A woman's catering company is struggling, but if she could land a big client, then she could be catapulted into some incredible opportunities.  Will the nephew of the client be helpful or a distraction?

It's CHRISTMAS! Well, in Hallmark world it is...so you know what that means! We reviewed our first batch of Christmas movies this weekend and cannot wait to bring you all on the journey with us. Whether you're team "Decorate in September" or "No thanks, I'll wait until December" - we got you! This episode features an in-depth review of Hallmarks' newest-ish release, We Wish You A Married Christmas. We follow a couple whose relationship is on-the-rocks (and not the good kind) so their marriage counselor recommends a quaint Christmas getaway. We genuinely really loved how this movie incorporated real life conversations with Christmas flair. Enjoy this movie on Frndlytv and let us know what you think! 

Autumn in the City (Hallmark) opens up with a montage of New York City, while someone is painting a watercolor of the sites.  Statue of Liberty, taxi cabs, Empire State Building, and an apartment complex.  Which is where our main character, Piper, gets out of her cab.

We soon learn she left Omaha, Nebraska to sublet an apartment in the city.  And her parents just do not get it.  They have many concerns, including a job, and she is working on it that very afternoon.  

Next we meet Austin and he's at lunch with his mom.  She orders her "favorite salad" for the two of them, and then vomits her expectations all over him.  The whole time he is pushing back and placing boundaries, and she's respecting zero of them.  Because she is only worried about her image and how his actions, or lack there of, reflect back onto her. 

Emily and Sophia dive in to this Fall themed movie as their last before the Christmas movie season is upon us!  Give this episode a listen to hear what chronotype they are, what Sophia did to open her Christmas Spirit Pandora box, and to see if they recommend this movie or not.  

Okay don't be mad at us - we have very valid reasons for being late to drop this episode! To make it up to you, we have a super cute, very "classicly-Hallmark" movie this week. We're going  back to our roots with this Hallmark plotline, aka: city girl has to go to the country for some reason and ends up finding her heart in the people, town, and one very cute farm owner. "Harvest Moon" is this weeks watch and it has all the elements we enjoy, with some room for laughs and critique. Overall we really enjoyed this movie and can't wait to hear your thoughts! We also chat about life updates and something about Dolphins?

Sophia's mom, who often recommends the really good Hallmark movies for the girls to review, hopped on this week's episode!  She recommended the movie Romance in Style, and the girls decided to have her on and share her thoughts!

This movie touches on Body Positivity and the fashion industry.  In a prior episode, the girls watched a movie that they found to be harmful/damaging for body image.  So, they were skeptical to watch this one since that was the premise.  Did they like it?  Give this episode a listen to find out!
