The Halloween series has had its shares of ups and downs with more downs and than ups. This latest movie seeks to remedy this issue by bringing everything back to square one and seeks to be a true sequel to the original 1978 film. We end up getting a great characterization of Laurie Strode by Jamie Lee Curtis and Michael is up to his usual shenanigans of killing folks. The movie is a great return to form for the series and ends up being great for it.
