The continued reign of Mr. October, Steve, brings us to this week's punishment films. Born of Southwest Pennsylvania, the minds of Steve Rudzinski and Aleen Isley, and a bunch friends horsin' around. CarousHELL and its sequel follow mane character Duke, an inanimate but sentient and also magical unicorn ... with a taste for blood.
