William Barr testified before the Senate yesterday in regards to the Mueller report. Beforehand, a letter by Mueller had been released where he says that Barr did not encapsulate the substance of the report. Today, Barr refused to show up before the House. Scott joined by Reggie Cecchini of Global News to find out what the fallout from this might be, and why Barr was a no-show.
