In this episode I dive into the sacred meanings of death and rebirth, and connecting with the feminine energy to harness creativity and self-expression for healing. I discuss how repressed creativity is one of the most toxic things in the human psyche, and how concepts of psychotherapy relate to your innate creative power. I share my experience of transforming trauma, reconnecting with my soul and coming home to myself. I talk about the new direction of this podcast and how I will continue to show up for myself: as a woman nurturing an intimate relationship with herself, and expressing through a deep connection with the feminine source of creative power - guiding other female identities to do the same.
