Aaron Rose is a film director, writer, and artist. In the 1990s he founded the highly influential Alleged Gallery in New York. His work during this time saw collaborations with then budding directors Mike Mills, Spike Jonze and Harmony Korine. He also produced numerous underground short films during that time under the banner of Alleged Films. Since then, Rose has directed numerous films and television commercials. He has just released a new book of poetry entitled "Blackout Poems"
