In this episode I talk about how past experiences including moments of struggle have shaped me. I share what I’ve learned about staying grounded, focusing on yourself.
Aa usual I relate this to spirituality and artificial intelligence exploring how all these threads connect to the way we live, grow, and transform. This conversation is raw, personal, and reflective, but also meant to inspire anyone who is healing, learning, or simply curious about the deeper connections in life.

In this episode, I share my recent experience of trusting and having the trust broken, and the deep sense of feeling unsafe it left in my body and spirit. I explore how breakups can feel like recovering from an invasive procedure -painful, disorienting, but a path to healing. I talk about the body’s reactions, the spiritual lessons behind the pain, and practical ways we can move through heartbreak and when something breaks our trust.

In this episode, I talk about what happens when we step into new relationships on a spiritual journey. Opening up to someone can awaken old abandonment stories we thought were already healed and our body often reacts before our mind understands. I share simple tools to calm the nervous system, stay present, and hold your own frame so you don’t lose yourself in another person. Most importantly, it’s a reminder that you are a spiritual being having a human experience and every connection is an opportunity to grow in love, awareness, and self-trust.

n this episode, I reflect on the life of a beloved comedy actor and stand-up performer who has sadly passed away. On stage, she was brilliant; effortlessly entertaining, sharp, creative, and captivating. Her timing, wit, and presence lit up every room. She made people laugh, think, and feel lighter just by being who she was in front of an audience.
But behind the curtain, in her private life, she was deeply introverted. She struggled with panic attacks and anxiety and experiences that most people never saw. There’s such a contrast between who we are on the outside and what we live through on the inside and how people see it.
It made me think about how we create our own realities how the way we think, whether positive or negative, starts to shape the world we experience. We often compare ourselves to public figures or stars, believing their lives must be extraordinary, free of fear. But the truth is, we don’t know what they are going through. The person you admire might be struggling, too-quietly, invisibly.
I also talk about a short film that beautifully ties into this theme: The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar, directed by Wes Anderson, based on Roald Dahl’s story. It came out in 2023 and was produced by Wim Wenders. The film explores the power of the mind and meditation in a surreal way. It’s a comical yet profound portrayal of our untapped inner abilities. It’s a confirmation for me of what we’re truly capable of when we go within and begin to understand ourselves.
This episode is about how things aren’t always what they seem. About creativity, perception, and the silent strength it takes to face the inner world just like meditation teaches us to do.

In this episode, I share thoughts about the the subconscious mind and how we can influence it through gentle self-hypnosis and positive reinforcement. I reflect on the feeling of being on holiday, how the change of scenery can lift our spirits temporarily, but isn’t a cure for deep-rooted anxiety.
You’ll hear why ignoring emotional discomfort doesn’t make it disappear and how it can often resurface through physical tension, pain, or illness. I talk about what it really means to listen to your inner world and how we can lovingly reprogram our subconscious to support us, rather than sabotage us.
This isn’t about forcing positivity or pretending everything is fine it’s about working with the deeper layers of the self, even when the surface looks calm. Whether you're on a beach or in your bedroom, the real work is inward.

In this episode, I reflect on how passion can take focus of yourself and show what’s important . I explore how signs in nature can offer guidance, insight, and even reassurance when we need it most. Together, we consider the idea that while we are passionate beings, we are not the centre of the Earth and there’s something humbling and grounding in that. I also share how reconnecting with nature helps me calm my mind, stay present, and listen more closely to what life is showing me. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected, this episode is a reminder to let the nature support you.
