Hannah Gutierrez was denied the motion for New Trial or Dismissal and Immediate Release. She still has a hearing set for Monday October 7th to be sentenced for brining in a firearm to an establishment that sells liquor.

Her attorney can choose to appeal the decision but it is likely that he won't. There are still ongoing cases with the Rust case such as the civil lawsuit and the judge hasn't made a decision with the prosecution's motion to reconsider the dismissal of Alec Baldwin's case.
