There is no Health without Mental Health.
Mental health is a sneaky devil, what you think is a bad day, ends up turning into a bad week and then a bad month, and suddenly years later you realize, that good days are a rarity in your life. You wake up low with 1000 thoughts per second running in your mind, you try everything possible from exercise to getting some sunlight to taking cold showers, but nothing changes. The dark cloud over your head remains. Suffering with mental health issues is the most loneliest journey one has to go through, even though there is a support system available to you in the form of family or spouse, you just cant see it. You continue to struggle alone in your own head.
In this episode, we discuss how mental health issues went undiagnosed for a very long time and started affecting our relationship. We talk about what all Karan went through while struggling with mental health issues and what all he did right and wrong to fix it. Why your Mental Health should be your top most priority and why you need to talk more openly about it!
If you think you went through some of the symptoms we discussed please get help, don't struggle alone. If you have any questions about mental health or need help in finding some resources, please write to us on [email protected]
