Sometimes grief will sneak up on you after feeling like you have moved past it.

In this episode, I am joined by Kristen King, a joyful life coach who teaches people to slay in business/entrepreneurship and life. She helps people imagine spending their time on what they want to do instead of what everyone else wants. Then she equips them with the tools they need to remain authentic and joyful consistently.

Throughout this episode, Kristen shares some of the losses she has experienced in life and what she learnt from them. She also discusses the mental conflicts that people go through after the loss of a loved one and how we should handle the different emotions. She also discusses the different emotions people feel after the death of someone very sick or in a hospice.
