Finding Happiness and Energy
Syd Hoffman is a speaker, life coach, and author of the book, "All Day Energy: 100 Ways To Boost Your Energy...Now!" Syd created EatPlayHug.com, a website to motivate real women over the age of 40 to get healthy and stay healthy based on her mom’s philosophy to “eat well, play hard, and hug often.” Her website encourages sensible eating, sane exercising, and sensational self-care. She and Matt discuss how to live happy lives and how happiness directly relates to healthy bodies and energy levels.
