Shonette has found a kindred spirit and he’s here on the podcast.
Cammy is Shonette’s friend from the factory. And like Shonette he was born happy. In fact he’s the second happiest person on the planet as voted for by Shonette!
Cammy and Shonette chat about why he’s so happy and what you can do to be as happy as he and Shonette are (even if you work in a factory).
If you want to find out more about Cameron you can find him on insta cameronggough

Don't tell Shonette what to do!
You'll be shocked to hear that Shonette has always been very clear on whether she wants to do something or not.
So unless you're going to tell her some positives along with the negatives and stopping her from doing what she wants to do to be happy (car park disco anybody?!) then don't even think about it
And if you're one of those people who tell others what to do - have a think about how you're saying (no shushing!)

The night shifts at the factory are continuing for Shonette but there are positives.
She's made some fantastic new friends.
And there's exciting times for the new friends.
Two of them are having a baby and Shonette's most unlikely of new friends (miserable Andy) is getting married to his girlfriend.
AND Shonette is going to be BEST WOMAN! She gets to wear a dress again!!
But there's been some sadness too, her oldest friend's dad died.
So Shonette wants you to think about your friends, your new ones, your old ones, your co-workers who became your friends.
Is it time you told your friends what they mean to you?
Here's some more exciting news you can now watch the Happiness Injection - get yourself to YouTube and search for The Happiness Injection (or click here) and make sure you subscribe too.

Shonette is still at the factory working night shifts.
And even though the work is hard, the people she's working with make up for it.
Covid - 19 and 2020 in general is teaching Shonette that life and reality can be a bit rubbish at times.
But everybody is in this together and it's the people who are going to get us through!
A word of warning - Shonette uses the S word that rhymes with it in this episode so if you've got little ears listening you might want to wait until they're not around.

This is a very special episode of Happiness Injection because the podcast is officially 100 episodes old today.
If only we knew at episode number one what we know now!
As well as celebrating turning 100, Shonette is looking forward to her birthday.
She's also been spreading the happiness throughout Amazon - so much so her boss wants her to go to another part of the warehouse to make them happier!
It just shows positivity is a super power and we all have it!

Last time we heard from Shonette she was about to start her job at Amazon.
She's working in one of the new warehouses and taking on the nightshift as she goes.
You won't be surprised to hear Shonette is bringing her own brand of happiness to the job!
And no the robots don't look like robots from the telly!
Shonette's been making lots of new friends and wants you to take the time to listen to other people's stories - you might be surprised.

After last week's emotional Coronacoaster Shonette is back with a bit more positivity.
At the beginning of lockdown there was lots of talk about all the things you could achieve. Yeah, Shonette's still laughing at some of those ideas too.
But one thing she has done is finish her book.
Well ok, the first draft but she is over the line.
It's not a lockdown creation, in fact it's taken much longer than that to get even this far. And it made Shonette think about how everybody says there's book inside everybody because actually writing a book is hard work.
You might have the book inside you but getting it out is a whole different story (ha ha). Sometimes you need somebody to drag you over the line - both metaphorically and physically.
Who drags you over the line or are you the dragger?

WARNING - This is an emotional episode. There are tears, talk about being in a dark place and one use of the s word that rhymes with it.
It's been a tough week for Shonette and Spread The Happiness.
Like many business owners she's been hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic.
And this week Shonette found out the type of business she runs is not one of those eligible for government support.
This news hit Shonette hard and in this episode she explains how it's affected her and what will happen next.
(I promise it ends on a positive).

When will it all be over? It's a question many of us are asking about lockdown.
But according to Shonette the question should actually be "does it matter?".
Lockdown and it's associated restrictions are helping us to realise what does actually matter.
And Shonette is grateful for that.
