Now, more than ever, we are seeing an increasing number of young people suffering from issues with their mental health. In today's episode of Happy Days with Callum Church, I'm joined by James Capell-Abra, a mental health first-aider and wellbeing specialist at Stress Matters. 

Together we discuss why we are seeing an unprecedented number of mental health related issues in Generation Z and explain some of the options we have to solve the issue.

Check-In Tuesdays is a mental health initiative encouraging people to create positive mental health habits. The goal of the initiative is to get people to set up group chats with their mates in which they 'check-in' every Tuesday and open up about their thoughts and emotions.
