In the episode I share the amazing little pings and nudges I received from the Universe over the last month or two which led to an enormous breakthrough of an emotional block.

This week I had planned to just jump into the limiting belief that was unblocked and the one thing that helped me get there. 

As I prepared this episode though, I realised there was a whole other important part to the story of how I got there. It wasn't just my thinking that provided the breakthrough, it was delivered in an enormous way by little messages from life itself.

I'm a bit late with this week's episode. Partly from accepting the prompts I received to take the bank holiday weekend to "totally and thoroughly unwind" (what a lovely way of putting it don't you think?)

And partly, because I didn't really know what to say. I was questioning my upbeat vibe and wondering if that was appropriate (feel free to let you know your thoughts on this!) and felt a little undecided on how best to offer you lovely listeners support.

In this episode I talk about that and offer some resources and insight on the power of mindset work at a time of crisis - how sometimes it may not be appropriate, but for most its exactly what you need.
