You will learn how to become that version now by tuning into that energy, observing without judgement, and embodying your higher self, one choice at a time.
Journal prompts:
Ask yourself each morning:
What would the version of me I’m becoming… do today?
Would they:
- Speak more kindly to themself?
- Say no without over-explaining?
- Spend 5 minutes visualizing their goals?
Move their body out of love instead of punishment?
Answer as if you are that version, right now.
Self- Identity Challenge:
For the next 7 days, I want you to practice being the ideal version of yourself.
Each morning, ask:
“How would the ideal version of me think, feel, speak, walk, love, create, respond today?”
Then choose ONE way to express that energy.
“What does my dream self believe… and how can I show up as them in one small way today?”
Every little step of embodiment is planting a seed to your nervous system that you are that ideal version of yourself, now.
